Production

The entire production process – from the intake of the raw material, through processing to bottling or packaging of the finished products – is carried out in the own base of Magic Flame in the village of Karapelit, Dobrich Region. The production process is constantly supervised by both our own and independent laboratories, in order to constantly monitor the quality of the finished production to be of high class.

Raw materials

Klas Oil provides its production with high quality and environmentally friendly raw materials from local farmers or through imports from leading companies and countries.

Processing

The processing of the raw materials goes through several different stages with the help of modern machines and equipment and under the full control of a team of specialists.

Bottling

The bottling of the finished oil production is done in the base of Klas Oil. The company has a daily capacity of 200 thousand litres.
